SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping:

  • $12.00 CAD for packages 2 kg or less
  • $25.00 CAD for packages 2 kg or less to P.O. Boxes
  • $20.00 CAD for packages between 2-30 kg
  • $45.00 CAD for packages between 2-30 kg to P.O. Boxes
  • FREE on orders $150+ (before tax) - Non P.O. Box

Express Shipping:

  • $22.00 CAD for packages 2 kg or less
  • $45.00 CAD for packages 2–30 kg
  • $65.00 CAD for packages 0–30 kg to P.O. Boxes

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM ET: Ship same business day
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM ET: Ship next business day
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Thursday), 3-5 business days (Friday-Sunday)

Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days from order placement (not including processing time)
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days from order placement (not including processing time)

Total Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard: 5-11 business days total (processing + shipping)
  • Express: 3-9 business days total (processing + shipping)

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on location and carrier availability.

Shipping Coverage

Geographic Coverage:

  • We ship throughout Canada to all provinces and territories
  • We deliver to residential addresses, community mailboxes, and local post offices
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Local Pickup:

  • Available for customers in Toronto, ON
  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
  • Pickup details will be sent via email after your order is ready

Carriers & Tracking

Our Shipping Partners:

  • We use Stallion Express, which partners with Canada Post, UPS, UniUni, ICS Courier, and Purolator
  • Standard and Express shipping orders are handled by Stallion Express or Canada Post
  • Most packages are sent via Canada Post (standard or expedited service)

Tracking Information:

  • All orders include tracking information
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships
  • You'll receive delivery updates throughout the shipping process
  • All shipments include $100 liability coverage

Delivery Process

What to Expect:

  • Packages are delivered to your address by the carrier
  • If no one is home, packages will be safe-dropped in your mailbox, a safe spot at your address, or made available for pickup at your local post office
  • You'll receive a delivery notification card if pickup is required

Failed Delivery:

  • If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, your package will be held at your local post office for pickup
  • You'll receive notification with pickup instructions
  • Packages are typically held for 15 business days before being returned to us

Additional Information

  • Customers may choose to ship items at their own expense using an alternative carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
