RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy is valid for Canada.

Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 30 days after the arrival of your order.

Return Shipping Costs

The actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping carrier. This applies to all returns, including dissatisfied products, change of mind, or defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@readykidscanada.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

For BNWT (Brand New With Tags) Products:

  • Must be unused and in NEW condition
  • Must remain unopened with tags still attached
  • Must be in original packaging
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns with any traces of use

For Gently Used Products:

  • Must remain in the same condition as when purchased
  • Should show no additional wear or damage beyond the condition at time of sale

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@readykidscanada.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We will evaluate each case individually
  • We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the damage

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Must meet the return conditions outlined above (BNWT or gently used condition requirements)
  • Subject to the 30-day return window
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Important Notes for Resale Items:

  • Signs of wear on gently used items are not considered defects, but part of the item's life cycle
  • Only items listed as BNWT, new, or like new should be considered in perfect condition
  • Slight flaws and imperfections should be expected on gently used items
  • We make every effort not to sell heavily worn or damaged items

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
  • You'll be automatically refunded using the same payment method you used when ordering (whenever possible)
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
